### Steps to reproduce

1. Hit Ctrl+Alt+↑ or Ctrl+Alt+↓ to repeat previous message
2. This leads to switching workspace in most linux desktop environments

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Ctrl+Alt+[foo] are keybindings that are expected to be managed by the window manager, not by applications

#### What happened instead?

It would be possible to navigate through composer's history.
