### Steps to reproduce
1. Open a room in element
2. Receive a message from someone
3. Do *not* interact with the computer in anyway.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Element to only send a read receipt once it saw some activity from the user
#### What happened instead?
A read receipt was sent immediately.
