Large message cannot be edited after being sent

### Steps to reproduce

1. I've composed and sent a relatively large message (11615 characters with Markdown formatting).
2. The message has been delivered successfully.
3. Any attempt to edit this message (remove characters, add characters, edit characters) results in an error below.

The issue occurs both in Element Web and in Element Desktop App.

Pressing "Retry all" does not do anything, the error message remains on the screen as if no button was pressed. So I have to press "Delete All" for the error to disappear.

I could not reproduce the error on smaller messages.

#### What did you expect?

The message could be edited as all other normal messages.

#### What happened instead?

The message cannot be edited returning a cryptic error.
