"Click to read topic" tooltip gets stuck

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open a room that has a topic
2. Click on the topic
3. Close the topic (by pressing esc, clicking the x, or clicking outside of the dialog)

"Click to read topic" tooltip disappears

#### What happened instead?

"Click to read topic" tooltip is still visible and does not disappear until I click
