Badges in the download app section should be localized

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start out using Element Web
2. Click on “Download app”
3. Scroll down in the dialog if necessary

The badges localized depending on the language setting in Element Web, as the [App Store](https://developer.apple.com/app-store/marketing/guidelines), [Google Play](https://play.google.com/intl/en_us/badges), and [F-Droid](https://gitlab.com/fdroid/artwork/tree/master/badge) have localized badges for each of them

Even though the language in-app is set to other than English, the badges are still in English
