Automatically refresh roomlist when using /converttoroom or /converttodm

I just had to do /converttoroom to make a DM where a third person was eventually invited display in the room area rather than DMs.
I wasn't sure it worked until I switched back and forth between spaces and they had moved from DMs to rooms.

command should call to some update room list callback or so

this situation should be avoided entirely by converting to rooms automatically when a third person joins
