Notification Bar shows mxids instead of display names

### Steps to reproduce

1. I open my browser and connect to my self-hosted Element client
2. All of the notifications in the right bar appear without display names, instead I can read Matrix ids
3. When I receive a new notification, it appears correctly
4. If I close the browser tab and open it again, ALL notifications are back to ids and not display names
