### Steps to reproduce

1. Use bubble layout
2. Hover over an info event (someone joining the room, for instance)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

The timestamp should have some amount of space between it and the left edge of the hover area.

#### What happened instead?

The timestamp is flush with the left edge:
