### Steps to reproduce
I'm sending debug logs for the issue I just filed. I guess it could be related to that issue, but the problem I'm experiencing now is that sending logs seems to be stuck at "collecting logs", so I'm going to have to kill the log submit so I can restart Element so I can message people again.
