Spaces Filter for Forward menu

#### What would you like to do?
Filter the room list in the Forward menu to reduce scrolling/typing

#### Why would you like to do it?
If an account is in a lot of rooms, and the room you want to forward to does not have recent enough activity to show at the top of the menu, you have to either scroll which can be tough to find it, or type out the name (which could have changed and you might not remember)

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Add a spaces filter for the Forward menu. When a filter is selected, only the relevant rooms are listed. Include meta spaces like Favorites and People as well.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Currently I always just type the name if it's not listed at the top of the Forward menu, hoping I remember the current name.
