Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Receive a sticker
2. Watch it load

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

To see a blurhash, or just a standard spinner while it loads, as with images.

#### What happened instead?

There's a blank smiling face staring back at me:

This is made worse by the fact that if the sticker loads fast enough, the face pops in and out of existence subliminally.
