When I opened a DM room, Element Web rang unexpectedly

### Steps to reproduce

1. I had been using Element Web all day. My issue is similar to #4607 but not at startup.
2. A DM room where I was being called on 9th June (6+ days ago).

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
No incoming call, if I am not actively being called.

#### What happened instead?
A phantom call, where the other person didn't call me again today, but Element Web apparently rang because of the room events from the past.
