Add "return to call" button to PiP of (1:1) calls

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
When during a call i switch rooms, the call widget switches to PiP.
I want there to be a button that takes me back to the room timeline with the call.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Sometimes you navigate away into another space or similar by clicking a notification etc. It takes a mental load to navigate back to the call manually. Instead a simple button could do it for me.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Add a button next to the full screen button, or make the PiP's title into a clickable tile.
