### Steps to reproduce
1. Have pinned messages enabled
2. Be in a room with pinned messages (pinned by someone else?)
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
For the red dot to be communicating intent rather than making the button appear out of place.
#### What happened instead?
The button appeared out of place.
Clicking on it to clear the notification dot fixed it.
