Don't overly compress avatars in read receipts list in the Web element client

### Your use case

Currently web element client shows at most 3 avatars in the receipts list and adds +N to show the rest. I have a wide screen monitor and there a huge amount of screen space, so there is totally no point to require an extra click to see who else saw the message besides 3 users.

May be this can be done based on screen size or the amount of users to show before compressing can be configurable.
