### Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the new read receipt info popup
2. Hover over an entry
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Hovering does something visually pleasing
#### What happened instead?
* Hovering obscures the name of the person above the one you are hovering on
* The hover tooltip is the same color as the rest of the popup
