Deprioritize the version information in the bug report form, increase awareness of rageshake submission

The rageshake includes the app version and a whole lot of other information. If we fix the awkward loop of "open a github issue -> submit a rageshake -> open a github issue" then we can suggest that the user just submit logs to us, making it easier for us to capture the version information.

Possibly even just a "submit minimum details" button to avoid sending the entire log history - we'd just send the details page (included in the rageshake automatically).
