Message styling options moving away from the text input

### Steps to reproduce

1. Write a long text in the message field, it should be long enough that you have to scroll a bit to see the beginning or end of the input.
2. Starting from the first line begin to mark the whole text

The text styling options appear right above the text or input field.
#### What happened instead?
The styling options are pushed up with the text when scrolling down while marking text. See:
