Room upgrade for more than 1 version above

### Steps to reproduce

1. Be a member of `ROOM A`
2. Upgrade the room version of that room twice (from version 1 to version 2, and finally to version 3)
3. View that room on version 1
4. Click on the tombstone link that will upgrade the room

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

I would expect to see room version 3 where I continue writing

#### What happened instead?

Element made me join room version 2, and displayed the UI saying that there's a new room version. It should have detected that the room version 2 also had a tombstone and auto join the room version 3
