Change or remove the spoiler transition animation

#### What would you like to do?

Either removing or changing the spoiler blur/unblur animation (Discord's is a great example on how to do it right).

#### Why would you like to do it?

I'm not sure if it's because I'm visually impaired (ie I require glasses in my everyday life and sometimes (either when not wearing them or when my eyes are tired) I need to "manually" focus my vision to unblur my sight), but the unblur animation looks exactly the same as when I'm focusing my vision to unblur it but without the sensation of the actual effort it requires when I do it, and my brain really doesn't like it (and it make my eyes hurt when I'm getting tired).

#### How would you like to achieve it?

By changing the animation to something other than a blur/unblur and that doesn't make my head or my eyes hurt. I think Discord's doing a great job at that.
