Forwarding messages by drag-and-drop

#### What would you like to do?

Be able to "grab" messages from the timeline, and "drop" them into another chat in the sidebar.

#### Why would you like to do it?

I've recently discovered this functionality in Telegram, and it's super smooth and intuitive.

I think that (depending on what element web wants to be, regarding feel) it'll really contribute to the UX and feel of the app.

This definitely requires Product to consider this, this is highly opinionated to a mobile-like design (as opposed to web), and probably works best together with bubbles.
