"In reply to <pill>" pills are not clickable as pills usually are

#### What would you like to do?
pills should always have the same UX: including click to open user info panel

#### Why would you like to do it?
it's a pill, i expect to be able to click it.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

if you disagree, then perhaps you agree that at least it should be linkified the same as the "in reply to" to show said collapsed reply.
