### Steps to reproduce

1. In an embedded video (I used [this example](https://matrix.to/#/!zensZWnIjCdIEwTXkt:half-shot.uk/$JrtEgCMOdeN9DbhgHmAwmVhtYsp7cMc-2bHJC-WVB9E?via=half-shot.uk&via=matrix.vgorcum.com&via=pixie.town))
2. Click ⋮-> Download

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Video is downloaded

#### What happened instead?
The downloaded file has the correct filename, but is a 0 byte plain text file

Download works through the download button for the message.
