Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
Replying to things will quote the beginning of the thing you reply to, but shorten or collapse it to a compact representation in element.

#### Why would you like to do it?
- consistency with quotes of text, images, videos, code blocks: see https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/2803622/145696341-83f77d5a-2292-4b4f-9739-3f789d173bb4.png
- the 1:1 normal representation of a poll where buttons are clickable is visually indifferentiable from the normal poll but actually clicking an answer scrolls you to the original poll

#### How would you like to achieve it?
collapse similar to images: results can still be seen, but it is
- much more compact ("2 lines")
- can't click options to vote
