tableflip text should be upside down

### Your use case

`/tableflip Gatsby` results in `(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ Gatsby` being sent, but if the table was flipped, the text should have flipped with it. I expect the sent message to be `(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻ ʎqsʇɐ⅁`.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

One can do an additional manual step and head to a generator such as https://www.web2generators.com/text-related-tools/write-upside-down but it’s an extra step and the current behaviour is not intuitive.
