Clear messages (history pre enabling e2e) status only updates on hover

### Steps to reproduce

Start a clear room with two people
Type a few messages on both side
Then pass the room to encrypted and type some new messages.

The old clear messages in the timeline do not update with a red shield, you have to hover them in order for the bubbles to refresh and show the red warning

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Clear messages get updated with decoration immediatly

#### What happened instead?

You have to hover the message to see it.
It's more noticable on bubbles as it resize it, but also happens for normal layout
