### Steps to reproduce
Not verified yet, but in this case:
1. Observe that audio for 1:1 calls was coming out of the built-in speakers and that the USB audio devices wsn't listed in settings / voice & video
2. Restart the app
3. USB audio device now listed

Audio devices missing - probably stale from before laptop was plugged in
