Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Add three spaces as the restricted join rules for a space.
2. Look in RoomSettings for the space as a non-admin/mod
### Outcome
Feel frustrated that it won't tell you what spaces are allowed to access this space - and that the 'edit' link, which looks like it might, is greyed out.
Have to go off into /devtools to figure out what's going on.
