Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. I wanted to add an internal room to the Element Corp space
2. Go to room settings
3. See a big green button saying "upgrade required!"
4. Click it.
### Outcome
Nothing happens. Click it again a few times, while feeling stupid, wondering why nothing's happening.
The button should be greyed out if i don't have permission to use it, or possibly a "disabled" mouse pointer
