Notification action: mark as read

### Steps to reproduce

1. Minimize element.
2. Get a message.
3. See notification.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Be able to mark as read from the notification itself, just like in Android.

#### What happened instead?

I cannot do that, so I have to either click on the notification to get the message marked as read (but that means opening element and disturbing my current workflow), or ingore it and mark it read later when I open Element (but that means having a small red counter in my tray icon, which asks for attention, or having to pay attention twice to a message that already filled its purpose).
