Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
In the user settings > preference or wherever is convenient I would like to have reset the GUI to a default basic layout. This layout would be just the people/room list on one side and the room posts on the other.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Often users accidentally enable or disable features on the GUI. Often they have no idea on what they did to make the unwanted change. This clutters up the GUI or removes a feature they cannot locate to reenable/disable or changes it to a layout configuration they are not happy with.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
A slider like those already in use. The slider option enables editing the GUI layout or forcing a default layout. "Is GUI layout editable N/Y. selecting no would default the GUI to the above mentioned people/room on one side and the room posts on the other.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

One alternative would be a addition to a WIKI that shows or lists the various additional options and how to enable/disable them.
