Allow pinning one of the "..." commands to the quick access menu

#### What would you like to do?
Requesting a user setting that allows pinning one of the "..." options to the event quick access menu, so it can be accessed with one click instead of two.


#### Why would you like to do it?
I use Forward frequently, so being able to choose that more efficiently would be beneficial. Others might benefit from another setting in that menu being available in one click.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Have a drop-down in the user settings asking which of those options the user would like to pin (default can just be none, as it is now).
