RTL name in a pill starting a message causes the top-level message container to be RTL

### Steps to reproduce

Find a user whose name contains (starts with?) RTL characters (observed on `وقار (Waqar)`). Mention them by clicking their name, then write a message in English and send it (or just look at the message editor line). Observe how the message is displayed.

### Outcome


The text order in this message is weird. In writing order, the mention should have been in the beginning of the first line and the full stop should have been in the end of the second line. I'd expect the mention to be self-contained, not affect the text it's in.
