Continuing the discussion from https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/2105, Element has an interface to set a custom sound per room, but not yet one per room. Global custom sounds already work, but are just not exposed.
For users looking to change this and are happy to fiddle around in devtools, [these instructions](https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/2105#issuecomment-998217391) will work.

The ability to set a custom notification sound globally across the client from the settings menu.

We already have the functionality, it's just not exposed.
