### Steps to reproduce
1. enable labs custom themes
2. go to theme settings
3. start at dark. theme is applied correctly.
4. select selenized black theme. theme is applied correctly.
5. select thomcat black theme. theme is applied correctly.
6. select dark. theme breaks, see below:
### Outcome
We can see the settings appear behind the timeline instead of the settings on top of the timeline.
