### Steps to reproduce
1. Currently testing on https://develop.element.io/
2. See popup notification for encryption upgrade
3. Enter key as requested
4. Popup stays on screen
When clicking "Later" to dismiss the dialog, I notice that there's another popup message behind stating that there's a new version of the Element client. See the attached screenshots.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
I expected upon submitting my key for this popup dialog to close.
#### What happened instead?
It remained on the screen.
