Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Join any room (preferably E2E encrypted)
2. Turn off internet connection
3. Try to send a voice message

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
"Failed to send" message either entirely overrides the message composer, or tries to fit into it nicely

#### What happened instead?
The "Failed to send" message is on top of the message composer, but it seems that the "Send a message" input text hasn't been hidden properly.
