No previous room link displayed on top of the new room after room-upgrade

### Steps to reproduce

1. Join a room.
2. That room got upgraded.
3. Accept the invite in the new room
4. Search for the link of the previous room
5. Note that there is none ( some other participants got it )
6. Same on the desktop app.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
To have a link to access previous room history

#### What happened instead?
No link at the top of the upgraded room
