For the MVP launch of Threads we decided to disable chat effects https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/19731.
This is now an Enhancement and concerns how we add chat effects back into Threads (or if we want to).
There are things to consider:
- If we add chat effects into Threads messages, **when** does the effect Trigger?
- If we add chat effects into Threads messages, **where** does the effect Trigger?

When sending an emoii response like :tada: the whole screen rains confetti. If you're not watching the thread this was posted in, it's pretty odd to see confetti falling...
