(subtle design touch) when reacting to a message, scan that message for emojis, and show those emojis higher up in the recommended list

#### What would you like to do?

I think it'd be nice if, when i react to a message (such as "Hey :wave:"), i could pretty much immediately click ":wave:" in the emoji selection dropdown.

#### Why would you like to do it?

For extra speedy user integration, and because i think it'd look nice.

One small trend that I encounter is that users react to a message with likewise emojis, often to "pile on" on the sentiment expressed, or to be funny in some capacity.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Scan a selected message for emojis, and give those emojis a temporary boost in "weight" so they show up higher in the recents lists.
