Not able to minimize the call tile that much.

### Steps to reproduce

1. I start into a call with another user
2. I click the small white tab to resize the call tile in an attempt to see older messages while i'm on call.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
I expected to be able to re-size said tile a bit smaller or at least have a feature to where I can separate the call window onto another tab.
#### What happened instead?
I was unable to re-size the tile or pop it out to another window.
