### Steps to reproduce
1. Join a jitsi call
2. Go to a different room
3. Try and send a message and fail
4. Be unable to reach the retry UX because it's stuck under the unmovable conference PIP.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
I want to be able to move jitsi calls like I can move 1:1 calls.
#### What happened instead?
I can't move jitsi calls, so I can't reach the retry UX
