Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Settings -> Phone numbers -> enter number -> Add
2. Get a notification of a new message while waiting for the SMS to arrive and check the message
3. Receive SMS and go back to settings dialog.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
To be able to submit the verification code until the the process times out.
#### What happened instead?
UI changed and I can't add the verification code any more.
