Video call audio

### Steps to reproduce

In settings on Element desktop I click on 'voice and video'. My audio output is set to 'Jabra speakerphone' and my microphone is set to 'Jabra speakerphone'. I then close settings.

### What did you expect?
Given the above settings, I expect when using Element for a voice or video call that audio output and mic used will be the Jabra speakerphone.

### What happened?

When I have a video or audio call in Element it runs audio through my laptop and uses the laptop mic
There is no option during the call to change audio settings (e.g. like a button in Google Meet for audio settings during a call). However, if I go back to settings and check 'voice and video' during the call the audio output and mic are still configured as the Jabra speakerphone.
