Notification slider in settings is only half linked to another

### Steps to reproduce

1. Settings -> Notifications
2. Enable everything in Notifications section
3. Slide "Enable desktop notifications for this session" to off
Observe "Enable audible notifications for this session" sliding to off as well
4. Slide "Enable audible notifications for this session" to on

### What happened?

Sliders are only linked in one direction

### What did you expect?

Sliding desktop and audible notifications shouldn't be linked or should be linked in a way that if desktop notifications switches audible off, then switching desktop on should also switch audible on and if the audible notifications are off, then switching desktop notifications on/off should not affect the audible settings.
