Add a ring sound after adding the Jitsi Widget (Element Web)

Hey Guys,

**#### What would you like to do?**
- Adding a ring sound when add a Jitsi Widget in a Room.

**#### Why would you like to do it?**
- There isn´t a real good way to get notified, whenever someone in a room is starting a group call via Jitsi Widget. Sure, you can get a short desktop notification if you setup your notifications in your personal settings but it´s easy to miss.

**#### How would you like to achieve it?**
- I have no clue, im not a programmer :)

PS: This is the first time posting anything on this platform. If i did anything wrong let me know.
