notifications stop unread count in title

### Steps to reproduce

1. new install + login
2. settings > notifications
3. disable "enable for this account"
4. get message
5. see window title has no count

### What happened?

disabled notifications hides unread count from window title

### What did you expect?

window title still show unread count even when no notification. otherwise not know new message arrive to respond to people. unread count is not notification so expect to still see the number without opening client on guess
