Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Get in a call with someone.
2. Switch to a different room to trigger PiP. It appears in the lower right corner.
3. Drag PiP to a different corner, e.g. top right.
3. Switch back to the call-in-progress room
4. Switch to a different room again.
### What happened?
PiP is back in the lower right corner.
### What did you expect?
PiP appears where I moved it.
