Description
The FilePanel should be more consistent with other panels in the way it looks and works. It makes sense to do a one off design review to include all the pending requests. The current issues, some of which are easy fixes, that are blocking on design include:

@janogarcia I will let you set the priority for this, it would be good if you could update the issues above with the design decisions when it's done
