[nit] On the new action bar download button, show a checkmark after the download is done

Description
When the download is done, the current behaviour is to go back to looking like this. However, for user feedback's sake, I think changing it to a :white_check_mark: would help convey the download has been handed over to the OS/Browser, and so it'd be easier to diagnose issues or help feedback on slower systems.
Re-clicking the button would have the same behaviour as downloading it again, so this is only a cosmetic change after the download has succeeded.
